Our story begins with the aspirations of our founder, Ben Tully. ‘I’ve been in the industry since 2004. From the start, I focused my career on building relationships with my clients and forming working partnerships. It’s what I love doing, and it’s what I’m best at. Yet over the years, I became increasingly frustrated at the lack of efficiency that I experienced across the board. It felt like delivery delays, unfulfilled promises, complex supply chains, and poor customer services were the norm. As the world around us advanced and moved on, it became apparent that the industry couldn’t respond and adapt to the times. In 2020, as the COVID-19 pandemic took hold, I took the opportunity to start on my own and build a company that would finally do things properly. It certainly hasn’t been easy with a young family at home, but I have complete faith in my vision and knew I could create something better.’

The future of Earth Haulage
We’re currently in the centre of a major environmental crisis, and there has been a demand surge across the board for sustainable and eco-friendly products. Both corporate organisations and individuals alike are beginning to understand what we can accomplish when prioritising change. We are consistently looking for ways to improve and drive forward, making plans for responsible expansion and providing more sustainable services around the country. We are hoping to open our new recycling facility later in 2022 and have recently partnered with an aggregates company selling carbon neutral sand and gravel.
We understand that even in the last decade, things have moved on considerably, with fresh faces coming into the industry. People are now looking for innovative and reliable companies to work with, and Earth Haulage will meet those needs. To ensure we’re always one step ahead for our customers, we plan to roll out automated email delivery updates, so you know exactly when your order will be arriving, along with a web portal where users can log in and check their delivery status. We are developing an app-based ordering service, in addition to our website, and an image-based ordering system for our waste removal services.
